The KSP-600 is a highly flexible and powerful contacting system, specially developed for the efficient and reproducible contacting of prismatic cells with opposing terminals. The prismatic cell is inserted from the front and fully contacted by closing the front contact element. The sophisticated closing mechanism of the individual channels ensures fast and reliable contacting of the cell and guarantees tool-free handling. The KSP-600 only needs to be installed and wired once in the test chamber. It can then be converted for different cell sizes within a very short time and in just a few simple steps. This saves valuable time and increases the efficiency of your testing processes.
Thermally ergonomic design and scalability
The thermally ergonomic design of the KSP-600 ensures high temperature homogeneity in the test chamber. This ensures precise and reliable test results, even under demanding test conditions. The well thought-out design makes optimum use of the test space so that a maximum number of cells can be tested. The KSP-600 can be flexibly scaled and adapted to the size of your test chamber. In addition to connection options for further measurements, the contacting system also offers the option of active cooling directly on the contact element.
