The KSP-300-SG contacting system is a purposely simple solution for contacting prismatic battery cells. It makes ideal use of the mechanical space available and takes advantage of the set-up in the test chamber: instead of contacting the cell using fault-prone bolts, the system is placed on the adjacent clamping plates. Spring-loaded contacts ensure constant contacting conditions and therefore prevent the dangerous build-up of heat.
We have been incorporating our own experiences with testing into the development of the system on an ongoing basis and have ensured that the design and usability meet the demands of everyday testing in full. High-quality materials and a simple but well-designed build ensure that you can use the system intensively for a long time. The KSP-300-SG represents a simple and inexpensive way of contacting braced prismatic cells.

The KSP-300-SG represents a pragmatic solution for contacting braced prismatic cells.
Easily integrated
The system simply needs to be placed on the clamping plates to the right and left of the OUT. This way contact can be established quickly and easily.
Sure contact quality
The spring-loaded brass contact ensures that the contact force is constant and hence that the contact quality is optimum – for reproducible results.
